Tanya has over a decade of HR experience. Her proficiency extends across diverse areas, including talent acquisition, implementation of innovative HR technologies, and strategic HR planning. With a global perspective, she has successfully managed HR functions in Canada, the United States, and Africa.

Her most recent role as Human Resources Manager at a publicly traded e-commerce startup highlighted her ability to navigate the dynamic landscape of HR in a rapidly evolving industry. Her previous experiences with MasterCard Foundation, Beard Winter LLP, and Target Canada have honed her skills across the not-for-profit, professional services, and retail sectors.

Tanya holds a BBA Hons from the University of Guelph, in addition to a Human Resources Management Postgraduate Certificate from Humber College.  

Outside of work, Tanya's favourite pastimes include travelling, trying out the hottest new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
