As the Director of Finance, Ramesh is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of accounting and financial activities within Sussex. He delivers extensive expertise in preparing financial statements, risk management, corporate and personal income tax returns and strategic tax planning.  With more than 15 years of experience working in a variety of industries ranging from insurance, retail, and shipping to manufacturing, Ramesh is a key asset to the entire organization at Sussex.

Prior to Sussex, he worked as a Staff Accountant for one of the largest international accountings firms based in the City of Toronto. 

He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and The Institute of Internal Auditors. 

He speaks English, Hindi, Rajasthani, Bengali and Assamese.
