When you step into the Sussex Ottawa office, you will be warmly greeted by Misty, our dedicated Receptionist. In her role, Misty oversees the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and serves as the primary point of contact for all those who visit.  

Misty specializes in office management, client relations, and financial administration with expertise in creating efficient workspaces, fostering strong client relationships, and meticulous financial record-keeping.

Prior to Sussex, Misty played a pivotal role in optimizing the operations of one of Ottawa's premier management training companies. Her meticulous touch ensured seamless operations, covering everything from bookings and setups to orders, making her the go-to person for any booking-related needs.

She has also supported various entrepreneurs from crafting detailed invoices to tackling intricate typing tasks and has been a driving force behind enhancing efficiency and fostering growth in their businesses. Her knack for website development has not only added a digital edge but also contributed significantly to their online presence.

She attended Algonquin College and graduated with a double diploma in Executive Administration & Legal Administration.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys singing, drawing, and cherishing moments with her family.
