Madison focuses on strategic communications, brand management, and community engagement for various client projects. In her role, she leverages her experience to enhance our clients' public image and foster strong community relationships.

Prior to Sussex, Madison honed her public affairs expertise through her work with the Ontario Government and Trillium Health Partners, where she successfully supported organizations in strategic communications, issues management, and grassroots engagement campaigns.

She developed and led a community engagement strategy that connected over 10,000 residents of Mississauga and West Toronto to their community hospital. This initiative significantly increased public awareness and support for Canada's largest healthcare infrastructure project.

While serving in the Premier’s Office, Madison managed strategic community engagement through tours. She built personal connections with residents and community groups, effectively communicating the government's priorities across the province.

Madison holds an Honours BA in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Toronto.  

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, Pilates, and reading non-fiction.
