As a Paid Media Strategist, Josh supports the development and execution of digital initiatives that reach the right audiences, build engagement, and inspire meaningful action. His experience spans large enterprises, fast-moving startups, and agency environments—bringing a practical, adaptable approach to scaling digital programs across diverse organizational contexts.
Josh combines strategic thinking with deep expertise in digital platforms, marketing automation, and analytics. He excels at translating complex objectives into targeted, scalable campaigns that align with broader communications goals. His work emphasizes audience engagement, message clarity, and insights that strengthen overall campaign performance.
Before joining Sussex, Josh held progressively senior marketing roles where he led integrated digital initiatives across channels including email, paid social, SEO, SEM, content syndication, partner marketing, and media placements. He also brings agency-side experience focused on marketing automation and digital campaigns, with a focus on increasing lead generation and performance.
Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Toronto. He has also completed additional training through certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Outside of work, he enjoys road and mountain biking and staying up to date with trends in current affairs and tech.
