When you step into the Sussex Toronto office, you will be warmly greeted by Helena, our dedicated Front Desk Receptionist.
In her role, Helena oversees the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and takes on executive assistant duties, leveraging proficient and effective organization skills, while serving as the primary point of contact for all those who visit.
Prior to Sussex, Helena worked in various EA and receptionist positions, seamlessly coordinating appointments and commitments with precision. She also worked for corporate hospitality at MLSE for 3 years. In this role, she expertly hosted several companies and their clients while facilitating memorable experiences. Her experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with clients, all the while enhancing productivity and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Helena holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University, with a specialization in Human Resources. Providing her with a robust understanding of business principles and specialized expertise in managing human capital effectively.
Outside of work, Helena actively engages in soccer as both a player and coach.
