As the Marketing Manager, Grace plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing and communications initiatives at Sussex. With a keen eye for crafting tailored campaigns, she ensures the effective promotion of the Sussex brand across multiple channels, driving engagement, growth and awareness.
Grace excels at creating integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results. Her expertise in B2B and digital marketing, along with her experience in high-profile events, has allowed her to support both internal and external stakeholders in achieving their goals and driving organizational success.
Before joining Sussex, Grace worked at the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI). At OCI, she created and implemented effective marketing strategies to promote programming for innovative technologies and startups across Ontario. Her work focused on enhancing brand visibility, creating engaging digital marketing campaigns, showcasing emerging technologies, and executing events that drove meaningful connections and fostered brand growth.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Marketing Diploma. She is passionate about leveraging strategic thinking and creativity to drive growth, foster engagement, and effectively communicate with an audience.
Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, reading, spending time outside, and finding the best workout classes.
