As an Associate, Carol excels in helping our Ontario and Energy team's clients navigate complex policy landscapes, providing strategic insights and driving impactful solutions that advance their goals in both provincial and energy sectors.

Drawing on her expertise across diverse sectors, she specializes in multi-year project management, policy and legislative development, and stakeholder engagement, with experience spanning government, non-profit, and private sectors. With her extensive background, Carol brings a well-rounded understanding of organizational dynamics to her role.  

Prior to Sussex, Carol served as a Policy Advisor to the Premier of Ontario, contributing to legislative initiatives benefiting Ontarians. At the Toronto Region Board of Trade, she played a key role in strategy execution, leadership transitions, and industry collaboration. Carol's experience extends to grassroots engagement, having supported electoral strategies during the 2018 provincial campaign.  

Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, where she specialized in Political Science.  

Outside of work, Carol enjoys cooking, trying new cuisines, travelling and immersing herself in new cultures.
